His journey began in Cuba, where he combined studies in Mechanical Engineering with professional training as a teacher of traditional Cuban dances, quickly becoming a principal instructor at the prestigious La Casona del Son in Old Havana.

Silvio now shares his authentic passion from his current base in Barcelona. His dedication to Cuban culture has taken him to festivals all across Europe. A talented and charismatic instructor of traditional Cuban dances, he’s passionate about sharing authentic Cuban culture.
