Terms and Conditions for Crazy 4 la Timba Festival

1. Booking and payment

By booking a ticket for Crazy 4 La Timba the participant agrees to the storage of his personal data. No personal data will be distributed to any third party.

The booking is generally carried out through a registration form through the homepage of the organizer. After the booking the participant will receive a confirmation email which will make the booking effective. The organizer shall be at liberty to refuse any booking which thereupon will not constitute any payment obligation.

Confirmed bookings are binding and obligate the participant to pay the full participation fee according to the relevant price list. Should the organizer offer any discount in case of booking until a certain date, this discount is not applicable upon late payment. Scaled prices in this context are considered a discount. These also apply only upon payment until the date given in the confirmation email. Should the receipt of payment be determined as late the organizer is at liberty to demand the remaining amount to the then relevant scaled price.

2. Cancellation and transfer of booking

A cancellation by the participant is generally excluded.The participation is personal. Nonetheless, the transfer of a booking to a third person is possible by forwarding the paper/pdf ticket to a third person and notifying of this change to the email info@crazy4latimba.com providing both the name of the original ticket holder and the name of the new one.

In case of the cancellation of the event by any circumstances, the ticket will be made valid for the immediate following edition of Crazy 4 La Timba, the ticket holder has also the option to transfer the ticket to a third person previously notifying of this change to the event email as described above. A refund of the ticket is generally excluded.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and the festival, including text, graphics, logos, images and videos, is the property of Crazy 4 la Timba and protected by copyright laws.

Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

During the event, the filming of especially the workshop content is not allowed. Accordingly to prior agreement with the particular instructor or the organizer, filming may exceptionally be allowed. Any breach may result in the the immediate exclusion of the offender without reimbursement of the participation fee.

For the admission to the event (\”check-in“) each participant needs a valid ticket in print or as a Mobile Ticket. Without a valid ticket admittance will be refused.

4. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the event without a refund.

5. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Liability and Agreement

The organizer shall not be liable of any kind. Liability is excluded in particular for personal injury, damage or loss of property or carried items.

Upon booking – even when carried out by a third person – the participant agrees to these terms and conditions which at once take effect.
